1. Warranty Scope

Hebei Juliang Technology Co., Ltd. provides a standard warranty period for all laser equipment: 24 months (2 years) whole-machine warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers:

• Core laser components (laser source, optical lenses)
• Electrical control system (control board, drivers, servo motors)
• Mechanical structural parts (machine bed, guide rails, gearbox)
• Water cooling system (chiller, water pump, radiator)
• Software system (control system software, CAD/CAM interface)

The warranty does NOT cover the following:

• Damage caused by improper operation, maintenance, or installation
• Consumables and wearing parts (protective lenses, cutting nozzles, welding wire, etc.)
• Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure
• Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs
• Failures caused by use of non-original parts

2. After-Sales Support Channels

We provide multi-channel after-sales technical support to ensure your equipment is always in optimal condition:

• Remote Technical Support：Real-time diagnosis and resolution of software and parameter issues via TeamViewer/AnyDesk remote connection. Response time: within 2 hours.
• Video Training：Online video training courses for equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• On-Site Service：If remote support cannot resolve the issue, we dispatch an engineer on-site. Travel expenses per contract terms.

3. Spare Parts Supply

We guarantee long-term spare parts supply to ensure your equipment can receive original parts throughout its lifecycle:

• Common Spare Parts：Consumables such as protective lenses, cutting nozzles, etc. are in stock and shipped within 3 working days of order.
• Electrical Parts：Control boards, drivers, sensors, etc. Shipped within 7-15 working days.
• Mechanical Parts：Guide rails, gears, bearings, etc. Shipped within 15-30 working days.
• Laser Source Parts：Core laser source components. Shipped within 30-60 working days (custom order required).

All spare parts are original and carry the same warranty standard as new equipment.

4. Pre-Shipment Testing Policy

Every machine undergoes a rigorous quality control process before shipment to ensure delivered equipment meets performance standards:

• 72-Hour Continuous Burn-in Test：The machine runs continuously at full load for 72 hours to test stability and reliability.
• Precision Calibration：Laser interferometer is used to calibrate positioning accuracy and repeatability to ensure compliance with technical specs.
• Cutting Performance Test：Actual cutting tests on standard samples of various thicknesses and materials to verify processing quality.
• Safety Inspection：Comprehensive inspection of electrical safety, laser safety protection, emergency stop function, etc., compliant with CE standards.
• Factory Inspection Report：Each machine comes with a complete factory inspection report containing all test data.

5. Export Packing Standard

We use international standard export packaging to ensure equipment safety during long-distance transport:

• Fully Enclosed Export Wooden Case：Plywood export wooden case compliant with ISPM15 fumigation standard, suitable for sea and air freight.
• Shock-Absorbing Packaging：EPE foam and bubble wrap fill the space between equipment and wooden case to absorb transport vibrations.
• Moisture Protection：Moisture barrier film and desiccant inside to prevent corrosion from humidity during sea transport.
• Fixed Support：Equipment is bolted to the wooden case base to prevent displacement and tipping during transport.
• Packaging Labels：Outer case labeled with product model, weight, dimensions, lifting points, fragile, and moisture marks.

6. Installation & Commissioning

We provide professional installation and commissioning services (costs per contract terms):

• Engineer on-site to complete equipment installation, leveling, and electrical connection
• Laser beam path calibration and cutting parameter optimization
• Operator training (2-3 operators, theory + hands-on practice)
• Acceptance testing and acceptance report signing
